XLARGE O-rings

If you need large O-rings or lip and trapezoidal sealing rings, you've come to the right place! Thanks to our specially developed vulcanization process, you no longer have to rely on glued, simply impact-vulcanized round cords or expensive endless vulcanized O-rings.

Our seals are regularly tested by DAkkS-accredited test laboratories. Our products achieve properties according to:

  • Tolerances ISO3601-1
  • Installation spaces ISO3601-2
  • Tensile strength ISO3601-5

If required, compression set according to ISO3601-5 can be further improved by thermal post-treatment (tempering).

Cord thicknesses from Ø 1mm - 30mm in the materials VITON (FPM), Perbunan (NBR), silicone (MVQ), ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM). Other materials on request.
